Timing the Circumcision

I know by the law it says, we should circumcise on the 8th day, but is it Kosher to do it on a day later than the 8th? The child is healthy, but I’d like to perform the Brit 2 days later.

It is proper to manufacture circumcision on the eighth day, even on Shabbat or a Holiday. whether the baby is healthy, and there is someone who can do the circumcision on the eighth, and it is not done, a positive commandment was violated and it should be done as soon as possible. However, whether the circumcision could not be done on the eighth, considering of a health risk or the like, it should be done as soon after as possible, but not on Shabbat or holidays since it’s delayed.
