Usually we Israelis have a one-day weekend… Shabbat.
But today we go into holiday mode (
Sukkot). All shops and stores will close that afternoon. Tomorrow, Thursday, will be a full holiday, followed by Friday, Erev Shabbat, and next Shabbat!!!
A Three-Day weekend… which is a big deal here in the Promised Land!
Enjoy!
