Dry Bones cartoon (1998):.
Back in 1998, ten years ago that month, we were watching the new poverty in Russia. It was seven years after the fall of Communism.

Now, in 2008, we are back in a world in which Russia has, once again, become a world potential. Is it considering of Russian oil? Where is Putin leading Russia (and the world)? Russia and NATO are in a

face to face clash by Georgia’s break-away provinces and the stationing of American missiles in Poland. And in the background we’ve got the rise of China and her new “capitalism”.

Welcome to the end of the “America, the One World Power” era and the start of …what?

Your ideas?
