Grecian Jews Reforest Athens Area Claimed by Fire

All told, 80 members of the Greek capital’s Jewish community planted some 200 trees in Kalyvia Thorikou, a suburban area near Athen’s international airport.

A fire two years ago left the once forested hillsides barren.
