FRUITS AND VEGETABLES

Fruits and vegetables are usually always a good kosher food that is healthy to eat for everyone. The only way that they would not be kosher is if bugs had gotten to them or if you do not clean them when you are preparing the fruits and vegetables. Everyone normally likes fruits while sometimes children do not like all vegetables. I found that by putting the vegetables in certain dishes like rice my children learn how to eat such veggies as peas, corn, and beans. Playing the veggie game is fun and a great way to get your children to eat their vegetables as well. My children always liked a story read to them and they would make ants on a log teaching them to eat carrots or celery. We put peanut butter on the veggie and add raisins on top. This was a fun summer

thing to do and a very healthy project. Eat your fruits and vegetables and keep kosher!
