Challenging the Validity of a TNR commentary on Iraq

Worldwide Standard blogger, Michael Goldfarb, issued a challenge to the blogosphere. The New Republic recently published an essay by an anonymous “soldier currently serving in Baghdad”. It portrays U.S. troops as barbarians who mock injured colleagues, desecrate Iraqi dead, and torture animals. The New Republic has had reliability problems in the past.
