The “Jewish Homeland” vs a “Palestinian State” - what’s the difference in terms? One grants legitimacy, the other expresses a desire, a hope or a wish.
In today’s statement from Annapolis, President Bush referred to Israel as the Jewish Homeland. Today’s statement additionally said that the US would be the final arbiter in any dispute amoung the Israelis and the Palestinians.
We know that we have a valid right to the land of our hopes, of our dreams - a Jewish State in the Land of Israel. What gives me peace, is knowing that in reality it is God who the final arbiter.
